- Analyze interest groups based on the characteristics of the target audience, adjust and optimize advertising settings according to advertising performance, and develop different advertising strategies for different products.
- Compare and analyze data based on metrics so as to optimize advertisement performance, organize optimization strategies, and improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising accounts, optimize account settings, and increase the conversion rate of advertisements in overseas markets.
- Monitor the advertising data, analyze and deliver reports on the advertising performance to stakeholders and continuously optimize the creative and offer.
- Bachelor degree or above, English level 4 or above, majors in data-science, e-commerce, international trade, marketing, computer science and other majors are preferred; prior experience in international e-commerce advertising is preferred.
- Possess basic computer literacy;
- Good logic and analytical skills, and high sensitivity to changes in data;
- Cheerful, motivated, proactive, strong in execution, pioneering and innovative, not afraid to ask, eager to learn.
