Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze interest groups based on the characteristics of the target audience, adjust and optimize advertising settings according to advertising performance, and develop different advertising strategies for different products.
  2. Compare and analyze data based on metrics so as to optimize advertisement performance, organize optimization strategies, and improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
  3. Manage advertising accounts, optimize account settings, and increase the conversion rate of advertisements in overseas markets.
  4. Monitor the advertising data, analyze and deliver reports on the advertising performance to stakeholders and continuously optimize the creative and offer.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, English level 4 or above, majors in data-science, e-commerce, international trade, marketing, computer science and other majors are preferred; prior experience in international e-commerce advertising is preferred.
  2. Possess basic computer literacy;
  3. Good logic and analytical skills, and high sensitivity to changes in data;
  4. Cheerful, motivated, proactive, strong in execution, pioneering and innovative, not afraid to ask, eager to learn.
